Meet the Team
Stone Hazlett | Senior Managing Partner
Stone is a former USAF Combat Controller who served his country from 2009 to 2017. During his time in the military, he developed exceptional skills in tactical air control, ground combat operations and interpersonal communication. Stone earned his FAA Control Tower Operator rating in 2012 at Pope AFB Tower, and his Special Operations Terminal Attack Controller Course (SOTACC) rating in 2012.
After completing his military service, Stone transitioned to a career in sales, where he leveraged his expertise in IT, ground soldier systems, and aviation to excel in the industry.
Driven by a desire to make a difference in the world, Stone founded Stone Bridge Defense in 2022, a company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to the most pressing security challenges facing the nation today. Drawing on his military and sales experience, he leads a small team of talented professionals who are committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to their clients.
Bob Pierson | Account Executive
Bob Pierson is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from the
University of Tennessee with a degree in International Business and
Business Analytics/Statistics. Bob has worked in the aviation industry
since 2014. He has worked with Beechcraft Defense Company,
Textron Aviation, Professional Aviation Associates, and Avgroup in
roles ranging from sales, supply chain, and maintenance. Bob joined the Stone Bridge team in 2023 as an experienced Account Executive with a focus in Defense Component OEM sales related to fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
Bob is a pilot, and is currently working on his instrument rating in a
Cessna Skyhawk II 172 XP.
